Avuteq collects personal data about you to help in the recruitment process. This data consists of information such as your name, address, e-mail address, work and education history and your responses to and the results of assessments administered through the site, plus your nationality which we are required to collect by law. We also collect information in the aggregate to provide us with a better understanding of the users of our website as a group, but which does not contain personally identifiable information.

By using this website and by registering your details with us, you consent to us collecting and processing sensitive personal data supplied by you and disclosing this information to prospective employers and clients in connection with the recruitment process.

You Can Request Access To Your Data. You may request access to any personal data Avuteq holds about you in accordance with the Act. Avuteq may charge a fee of £10 to cover the reasonable costs of retrieval and supply of the data to you.
Avuteq is not always required to provide you with access to all of your personal data on request.
Avuteq may refuse your access to certain personal data in a number of circumstances, such as where denying access is required or authorised by law.
If Avuteq denies your request for access it will provide you with reasons for the refusal.
