What do we do?
We are specialized in pro-active headhunting, meaning we actively contact candidates who are not on the job market but still could be open for something new. The candidates we present to you go beyond a simple CV. It is vital that we understand a candidate´s motivations for potentially changing employer, what it is about your company that makes him or her want to hear more, but also what open source contributions the candidate is the most proud of.
What do we need from you?
Recruitment is time consuming and often involving a lot of different people from an organization. Our success lies in us being able to present a low number of highly relevant candidates rather than many which may not be interesting in the end. The key factor to this is that we truly get to know our clients and operate on complete mutual respect and commitment.
